 | Good TRIP with BaRkAdA The word TRIP can be simply defined today as what I want, an individualistic empowering attitude popular among the youth today. A more exciting definition is Star Cinemas youth movie for 2001 starring the countrys top teen stars.
With the star studded movie comes the in sound of the TRIP soundtrack album. First to be released is the carrier single Barkada, composed by DenMarc Valdez as jammed by the Chocolate Beef.
If you havent tasted them yet, Chocolate Beef was discovered by Chito Miranda and have recently released their first album under Universal Records. With a positive attitude towards life and an ironic knack for rock, their music is a fun rie as reflected on their Barkada Single.
Other must hear tracks from varied repertoire of the album are Kylas sentimental Hanggang Ngayon, Mike Luis R and B take on the revival Girl, and the naughty Napapa uhh of Gladys and the Boxers.
